The core of the company has more than 40 years of knowledge and experience within the hydraulic field from design work, construction of components, and oil lubrication installations. As an innovative company, we are at the forefront of the technology and have brought several patented products to the market improving the fluid sampling technology and condition monitoring solutions.
Our technology and products have a good fit in different market segments including offshore rigs, ship propulsion and operational systems (Safe to port), hydroelectric power plants, and large paper machines. Sølve Fjerdingstad
General Manager (Co-Owner)
Sølve is an entrepreneur and founder of Sigur Technology AS. He is a “born” inventor with vast experience and knowledge of hydraulic systems, condition monitoring, and fluid sample solutions. Through his inventions, Sølve has also received 13 international patent approvals based on fluid monitoring and fluid sampling technology.
As a technology- and business leader Sølve has started and managed several technology companies supporting the hydraulic industry. He is also involved in standardization work through International Maritime Organization (IMO) to keep up to date on the industry and technology.

Leif Erik Havnen
COO/SVP Sales (Co-Owner)
Leif Erik brings more than 20 years of sales proficiency with him. He is a talented engineer with additional management skills and experience from managing a national semiconductor distribution sales office. He has a broad technical background but also an eye for strategy and strong customer-orientation managing customers to success.
Leif Erik was awarded an MSc. in Telematics-and-Software at the University Of Surrey, England, and a business degree at BI Norwegian Business School.
