Our oil samplers (DynaSamp – DynaSamp-Electric – DynaView) are safe to use, generate a representative and repeatable fluid sample, and are versatile. DynaSamp
The DynaSamp fluid sampler is designed to draw representative oil and fluid samples during operation in high-pressure fluid systems. A representative sample is needed for the results obtained from the oil and fluid analyses to be realistic and useful, and therefor very important during condition monitoring of an oil and fluid system.
In addition to being able to extract a representative fluid sample, the DynaSamp unique design will also provide a safe way to extract the sample, and take a repeatable sample.
The DynaSamp oil and fluid sampling system have been installed in more than 1500 systems and is capable of withstanding pressures up to 700 bar and temperatures up to 280 C. -- Read More
DynaSamp-Electric (Product in Development)
The DynaSamp-Electric oil and fluid sampling solution is based on the same technology as DynaSamp with focus on extracting a representative oil and fluid sample from a high-pressure fluid system during operation. The DynaSamp-Electric has an additional feature and is an automatically controlled sample solution triggered by an external signal (Vibration, GPS, Time, and others). The DynaSamp-Electric is also capable of withstanding pressures up to 700 bar and temperatures up to 280 C. -- Read More
DynaView (Product in Development)
DynaView - The Online Condition Monitoring (OCM) solution. A Real-Time Particle Imaging Analysis System analyzing wear debris in your oil and fluid system. DynaView is part of your Predictive Maintenance solution and is capable of detecting particles between 4µm - >100µm. The monitoring system is using Artificial Intelligence algorithms and is capable of detecting particle size and -shape classifying the particles into wear category or contaminant category. Based on this classification DynaView is determining the future trend and predicting time for needed maintenance and possible fatal failure. -- Read More
Laboratory Testing/Analyses - Machine Inspection
Sigur Technology provides laboratory assessment of an oil sample and analyses the oil condition, contamination, and component wear. The results obtained from this testing will be provided in a oil-analysis-report with an interpretation of the results and trends, and possible changes and solutions to extend the life of the oil, system, and machinery.
Sigur Technology can also provide inspection services of the oil and fluid system as an additional analysis to determine the condition of the oil and fluid system. -- Read More
